We will make it easier for you to monitor the warranty details of the product you purchased. Moreover, when you need to have the unit checked or repaired, just email us using the app, and we will assist you with your requirements.

For every successful and valid product registration, you will earn corresponding points, which you can exchange for any of the qualified rewards products. You also have the option to claim a voucher, which can be used in our Famous Brands Store e-commerce site.

Customers can send a request for service appointment thru the application. Customers can also contact us via email, for any questions or after-sales service support.
